Welcome to the Yoga Laurent website.

My name is Laurent Roure and I am a Yoga Teacher based in London in the South East and I also teach in Worcester in Worcestershire.

I teach in studios and gyms, workshops , 1 to1, corporate classes in various Yoga styles taken from Hatha Yoga.

I currently teach and practice:

  • Hatha Yoga
  • Restorative & Gentle Yoga
  • Dynamic Hatha Flow
  • Hot Yoga

I know that all students of Yoga want to experience their practice in different ways. I can adapt your yoga class for you whether you wish to practice with a physical or spiritual, dynamic or gentle approach or simply learning and enjoying how to relax, breathe and forget about the stressful daily life.

After giving birth I suffered for two years with (sometimes severe) lower back pain.  I regularly took painkillers and had to see an osteopath which was costly.   My osteopath recommended yoga and after ten sessions with Laurent my back was stronger, more supple and I am now pain free.  In fact, I haven't had to see an osteopath at all since practising yoga. Laurent's sessions are tailored to my ability and needs and he is an inspiring and knowledgeable teacher.
