Unwind at the close of the day with a mindful blend of gentle movement, breathwork, and deep rest.
This class encourages you to slow down and reconnect through breath-focused slow yoga postures, restorative yoga, calming pranayama, and breathing techniques. It finishes with guided relaxation practices inspired by the yoga Nidra method.
Focusing on presence and ease, each session offers space to release tension, restore balance, and nurture inner stillness. Suitable for all levels, this embodied approach encourages rest, recovery, and a grounded transition into the evening and a peaceful night’s sleep.
