A different kind of practice

My approach begins with listening. First to yourself, then to what's possible.

There is no dogma, no pressure, and no expected outcome.

Each session is a space to slow down, breathe, and explore what feels safe and meaningful to you.

The tools I offer are grounded in trauma-sensitive and inclusive therapeutic principles. I draw on somatic education, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you tune with your mind-body connection, and support growth and resilience.

What I offer is simple and adaptable, meeting people where they are, whatever their background or experience, creating a space where people feel supported, safe, and seen.
